I think everyone looks for different things in their real estate professional. It's important to me to know that we are more than just a number/commission to our realtor. In a world where there are many realtors to give our business to, it can be a hard decision to decide where to send business to. Personally, it's a stand out to me when I feel someone authentically cares about ME, my FAMILY, where my hard-earned money goes, the future of my investment, and the continuation of our lifestyle. However, most importantly loyalty. I take my business where I feel I'm authentically cared for and understood. Holly does a tremendous job of making you feel loved and appreciated like a family member. Not to mention she's always bringing cute presents to our door. Holly was always responsive to our requests to see homes, and she even understood when we had to pull out of a home that we knew just was not the right fit for us regardless of the market hype. In a market like we are seeing today, it's easy to do things out of desperation and fear of loss rather than clear-headed thinking. Buying a home is almost as serious as marriage, and having a realtor that is not pushy or annoyed when you are having cold feet or second thoughts it critical. I think PATIENCE and UNDERSTANDING are critical in today's home-buying extravaganza. Thanks for being patient Holly. I only give Holly a 4/5 on negotiation only because there really wasn't much to negotiate. I don't think we had or needed to see her top-level negotiation skills. It was a fairly smooth process to get to an agreed upon transaction and both sides were easy to work with, IMO.
